Blogging Funk

I've kind of been in a blogging funk lately.  I used to blog at work at the job that I hated.  It took up quite a bit of my time.  I'm not able to even look at any blogging sites at work anymore.  I find that I don't blog as often anymore.  I blog because I like it but lately it has been hard to find the energy at night.  My stats are way down for July.  Thank you for all my devoted readers :)

  3. like antie eboo said, you will get back to it --- you will find a time that is good for you - just trying to work it out & you will be good in no time.

  5. That's still a good sign as it shows you are much more into your current job. Sometimes it's tough trying to keep up but I think you've been doing a good job despite the stats.

I think you may just have to find a new balance that works for you as you adjust to the new job and schedule.

  7. Awww it's ok I'm not a reader of yours because of how much you blog. I'm a reader or yours because I love reading about your journey. Can't wait until you get back into blogging so that I can catch up with your journey. Take as much time as you need because once your well rested and ready I'm sure you'll blow this site up!

  8. I went through a bit of that after I got married. I also took on a lot more work at my job so when i came home I was just a bit too tired to blog and keep up with things.

Part of the reason was because I was using the blog as a source of venting out our frustrations... and charting our progress...

But after a few weeks it got easier again and I remembered the other reasons that I blogged... The community of people and their ideas and backgrounds help keep me centered and act as a good sounding board for me... plus I have other things to focus on as we start our new lives as newly weds :)
