Received My Waste Management Bill

They told us that they would take off one month and they did just that.  I received the bill today and the $35 credit was on the bill for a full month.  They pick up our garbage at 7:30 in the morning.  We've received nothing but exemplary customer service from this company.  I'm quite pleasantly surprised that I'm so happy with our trash removal company.

  2. I love it when a company actually does what it promises...

    We got our sprint bill credited on my husbands old line... if they successfully credit us $175 after 61 days of opening out account i'll be a customer for life... lol

  5. I hate my waste management company. I guess they were sold to another company and we were never told. I didn't receive a bill for around 5 months and our trash was picked up occasionally. The new trash men did not have a name on the truck and the old company's website was taken down. So I had no clue who to call. Then around 2 months ago, I got a bill for around $200 for all of the past months. They even added late fees and so on. My name was spelled wrong and the address was wrong on the bill, so I thought it was a scam, so I didn't pay it. I called the new company (the number listed on the bill) and it sounded fake again, so I hung up.

    I finally called my city and they informed me that everyone in my city has been calling also about this and the city is going to try and make them "more professional".

    A couple of weeks ago I had to BEG the trash men to take my trash! Instead they looked through my bin and picked certain bags out. WHO DOES THAT?
